pursuant to Section 2-14.2 and following of the Alameda Municipal
CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 12316
REAPPOINTING WAYNE A. MILANI AS A MEMBER OF THE
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION

reappointed to the office of member of the Economic Development

Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council
