APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 6346
(ALAMEDA MARINA VILLAGE)
WHEREAS, Parcel Map 6346 was approved by the City of
Alameda Planning Board on October 12, 1992 by Resolution No. 2347;
and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map 6346 was found to be in conformance
with the City of Alameda Subdivision Regulations and California
Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, pursuant to the EIR
Supplement certified by the City Council on October 2, 1984, a copy
of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that pursuant to Section 30-78.2 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map 6346, accepted and conditionally
approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Alameda that a Certified Copy of this Resolution shall be recorded
simultaneously with Parcel Map 6346.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in adjourned regular meeting assembled on the
4th day of November , 1992, by the following vote to
wit:
