APPROVING MEMORANDUMS OF UNDERSTANDING FOR ALAMEDA POLICE
MANAGERS ASSOCIATION AND ALAMEDA MANAGEMENT AND
CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION AND LETTERS OF
UNDERSTANDING FOR UNREPRESENTED EMPLOYEES, ALAMEDA POLICE
MANAGERS ASSOCIATION AND ALAMEDA MANAGEMENT AND
CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION.
WHEREAS, there have been submitted to this Council
Memorandums of Understanding for Alameda Police Managers
Association and Alameda Management and Confidential Employees
Association and Letters of Understanding for Unrepresented
Employees, Alameda Police Managers Association and Alameda
Management and Confidential Employees Association; and
WHEREAS, no monthly salary increases will be granted to
Unrepresented Employees, Alameda Police Managers Association and
Alameda Management and Confidential Employees Association for the
year 1992; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Alameda has fully
examined said proposed Memorandums of Understanding and Letters of
Understanding and hereby finds and determines adoption of said
documents to be in the best interest of the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that said Council hereby approves and adopts said
proposed Memorandums of Understanding for Alameda Police Managers
Association and Alameda Management and Confidential Employees
Association and Letters of Understanding for Unrepresented
Employees, Alameda Police Managers Association and Alameda
Management and Confidential Employees Association.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions of this
resolution shall supersede any other resolution in conflict
herewith.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in the adjourned regular meeting assembled on the
4th day of November , 1992, by the following vote
