CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 12385
APPOINTING FRED W. LEITZ AS A MEMBER
OF THE CITY GOLF COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
pursuant to Section 2-9.2 of the Alameda Municipal Code, and upon
nomination of the Mayor, FRED W. LEITZ is hereby appointed to the
office of member of the Golf Commission of the City of Alameda, to
fill the unexpired term of Maynard (Bob) Gannon, commencing April
20, 1993, and expiring on September 30, 1993.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda
that pursuant to Section 2-9.2 of the Alameda Municipal Code, and
upon nomination of the Mayor, FRED W. LEITZ is hereby appointed to
the office of member of the Golf Commission of the City of Alameda
for a term commencing September 30, 1993, and expiring September
30, 1997, and to serve until his successor is appointed and
qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in special meeting assembled on the 20th day of
April , 1993, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Appezzato, Arnerich, Lucas, Roth
and President Withrow - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
