Resolution 12425CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 12425 AUTHORIZING SUBLEASE AGREEMENT RENEWAL WITH BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL TRUST AND SAVINGS FOR THE WASTE MANAGEMENT RECYCLING PROGRAM OFFICES AT 2411 SANTA CLARA AVENUE, ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA WHEREAS, at the August 18, 1992 City Council meeting, by Resolution No. 12304, the City Council of the City of Alameda authorized the execution of a sublease for office space at 2411 Santa Clara Avenue for the Waste Management Recycling Program offices; and WHEREAS, the term of the sublease between the City of Alameda and Bank of America National Trust and Savings expires on August 31, 1993 but provides for renewal; and WHEREAS, the City of Alameda and Bank America National Trust desire to renew the sublease for the Waste Management Recycling Program for an additional year at a cost of $7,500 per year; and WHEREAS, funds for this purpose have been budgeted in the 1993 -94 Fiscal Year budget for the Waste Management and Recycling Program; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Alameda hereby authorizes the Sublease Agreement renewal with Bank of America National Trust and Savings for the Waste Management Recycling Program offices at 2411 Santa Clara Avenue, also known as 1500 - 1504 Park Street. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Alameda is hereby authorized to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Alameda, the renewal of the Sublease Agreement, a copy of which is on file in the City Clerk's office, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to attest the same. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 6th day of July , 1993, by the following vote to wit: Councilmembers Appezzato, Arnerich, Lucas, Roth and President Withrow - 5.
