APPOINTING PAMELA G. DeSIMONE AS A MEMBER OF THE
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
pursuant to Section 2-14.2 and following of the Alameda Municipal
Code, and upon nomination of the Mayor, PAMELA G. DeSIMONE is
hereby appointed to the office of member of the Economic
Development Commission of the City
of Alameda, to fill the
unexpired term of David Elefant, for the term commencing July 6,
1993 and expiring on August 31, 1996, and to serve until her
successor is appointed and qualified.

Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council
of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 6th
