REAPPOINTING ROBERT M. WOOD AS A MEMBER OF THE
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
pursuant to Section 2-382 and following of the Alameda Municipal
Code, and upon nomination of the Mayor, ROBERT M. WOOD is hereby
reappointed to the office of member of the Economic Development
Commission of the City of Alameda for the term commencing September
1, 1993 and expiring on August 31, 1997 and to serve until his
successor is appointed and qualified.
I the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council
of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 17th
day of August , 1993 by the following vote
