AMENDING THE MANAGEMENT AND CONFIDENTIAL
EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION SALARY RESOLUTION BY
ESTABLISHING THE SALARY FOR THE POSITIONS OF
PARK MANAGER AND DEPUTY CITY ATTORNEY
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
the salary resolution of Alameda Management and Confidential
Employees Association is hereby amended by establishing the salary
rate, salary range, salary steps and benefits for the positions of
Park Manager and Deputy City Attorney, attached hereto as Exhibit
"A", and designating those as applicable to these classifications
in the service of the City of Alameda.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 7th day of
September , 1993, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Appezzato, Arnerich, Lucas, Roth
and President Withrow - 5.
