APPOINTING C. COURTNEY KNIGHT AS MEMBER OF THE
PLANNING BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
pursuant to the provisions of Article X of the Charter of the City
of Alameda, and upon nomination of the Mayor, C. COURTNEY KNIGHT is
hereby appointed to the office of member of the Planning Board of
the City of Alameda to fill the unexpired term of Peter Templeton
commencing November 17, 1993 and expiring on June 30, 1995 and to
serve until his successor is appointed and qualified.
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alamrda in regular meeting assembled on the 16th day of
November , 1993, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Appezzato, Arnerich, Roth and
President Withrow - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmember Lucas - 1.
ABSTENTIONS: None.

CITY SOCIAL SERVICE HUMAN RELATIONS BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
pursuant to the provisions of Article X of the Charter of the City
of Alameda, and upon nomination by the Mayor, THOMAS L. LEW is
hereby appointed to the office of member of the Social Service
Human Relations Board of the City of Alameda to fill the unexpired
term of Librado "Lee" Perez commencing on November 17, 1993 and
expiring on June 30, 1996, and to serve until his successor is
appointed and qualified.
