REAPPOINTING ARTHUR A. KURRASCH AS MEMBER OF
THE CITY HOUSING COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda
that pursuant to the provisions of Section 2-12.2 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, and upon nomination of the Mayor, ARTHUR A.
KURRASCH is hereby reappointed to the office of Member of the
Housing Commission of the City of Alameda for a term commencing on
July 1, 1994 and expiring on June 30, 1998, and to serve until his
successor is appointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 21st day of
June , 1994, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Appezzato, Arnerich, Lucas,
Roth and President Withrow - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
