CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 12552
AMENDING MASTER FEE RESOLUTION NO. 12191 TO
ESTABLISH ELECTRICAL PERMIT FEES AND TO
INCREASE VARIOUS OTHER USER FEES AND PERMIT
FEES
WHEREAS, the Alameda Municipal Code and the California
Government Code Provide that the City Council by resolution
establish fees for various services which fees are for reasonable
cost of providing said service; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 12191 ("Master Fee Resolution"), as
amended codifies existing fees for various City services and
permits; and
WHEREAS, on June 9, 1994, said Council held a public hearing
at which oral and written presentations were made regarding the
proposed establishment of Electrical Permit fees and the proposed
increase of various other user fees and permit fees; and
WHEREAS, at least ten (10) days prior to said meeting the City
of Alameda made available to the public the data on the proposed
fees;

WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the proposed
fees are reasonable for providing municipal services; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Alameda, that the following permit and user fees, attached hereto
as Exhibit "A", be established.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all fees established by Master Fee
Resolution No. 12191 which are inconsistent with the fees
established by this resolution are hereby repealed.
BE IT FURTHER Resolved that all existing fees and terms
contained in Master Fee Resolution No. 12191 not superseded by this
resolution shall remain in full force and effect.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall become
effective August 5, 1994.
