APPROVING AMENDMENT TO RESOLUTION NUMBERS
11880, 11967, AND 11941 AND
AMENDMENT TO SUBDIVISION AGREEMENTS FOR
TRACTS 6111, 6147, AND 6198
SUBSTITUTING GREYSTONE HOMES, INC. FOR
HARBOR BAY VILLAGE V ASSOCIATES
WHEREAS, the final map and subdivider's agreements for
Tract 6111 were approved by the City Council on November 8, 1989 by
Resolution No. 11880 and on October 18, 1994, the City Council
approved a time extension to November 8, 1996; and
WHEREAS, the final map and subdivider's agreement for
Tract 6147 were approved by the City Council on June 7, 1990 by
Resolution No. 11967 and on May 18, 1993, the City Council approved
a time extension to June 7, 1996; and
WHEREAS, the final map and subdivider's agreement for
Tract 6198 were approved by the City Council on March 20, 1990 by
Resolution No. 11941 and on March 2, 1993, the City Council
approved a time extension to March 21, 1996; and
WHEREAS, on October 31, 1994, Greystone Homes,
purchased 319 undeveloped lots within Tracts 6111, 6147, and 6198A
from Harbor Bay Village V Associates, the previous owner and
subdivider; and
WHEREAS, Greystone Homes, Inc., by letter dated November
2, 1994, requested that subdivider's agreements and bonds of
equivalent amounts be amended to replace the Harbor Bay Village V
Associates' agreements and bonds that are in file in the City
Clerk's office; and
WHEREAS, all other terms and conditions of the agreement
remain the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the City Council hereby approves the amendment to
Resolution numbers 11880, 11967 and 11941 and amendment to
subdivision agreements for Tracts 6111, 6147 and 6198 substituting
Greystone Homes, Inc. for Harbor Bay Village V Associates.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th day of
November , 1994, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Appezzato, Arnerich, Roth and
President Withrow - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmember Lucas - 1.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
