REAPPOINTING DIANE COLER-DARK AS A MEMBER OF THE
CITY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
pursuant to Section 2-14.2 of the Alameda Municipal Code and
Resolution No. 12149, and upon nomination of the Mayor, DIANE
COLER-DARK is hereby reappointed to the office of member of the
Economic Development Commission of the City of Alameda for a term
commencing September 1, 1994 and expiring on August 31, 1998 and to
serve until her successor is appointed and qualified.
I the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council
of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 3rd
day of January , 1995 by the following vote
to wit:
