APPOINTING NANCY J. ELZIG AS A MEMBER OF THE
CITY PENSION BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
pursuant to the provisions of Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1079, New
Series, as amended by Ordinance No. 1085 New Series, of the City of
Alameda, the election of NANCY J. ELZIG by the Mayor of the City of
Alameda is approved, and she is hereby appointed to the office of
trustee of the Pension Board of the City of Alameda for the term
commencing on March 21, 1995 and expiring on December 31, 1998, and
to serve until her successor is appointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 21st day of
March , 1995, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Arnerich, DeWitt, Lucas,
Mannix and President Appezzato - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
