REAPPOINTING ROBERT FOLLRATH AS A MEMBER
OF THE CITY PENSION BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
pursuant to the provisions of Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1079, New
Series, as amended by Ordinance No. 1085, New Series, of the City
of Alameda, the re-election of ROBERT FOLLRATH by the Police
Officers' Association is approved, and he is hereby appointed to
the office of trustee of the Pension Board of the City of Alameda
for the term commencing on January 21, 1997 and expiring on
December 31, 2000
and to serve until his successor is appointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council
of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 21st
day of January , 1997, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, DeWitt, Kerr, Lucas
and President Appezzato - 5.
NOES: None.

ABSTENTIONS: None.
