APPOINTING CARMEN R. BRITTER AS A SENIOR TENANT MEMBER OF
THE CITY HOUSING COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda
that pursuant to the provisions of Subsection 2-12.2 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, and upon nomination of the Mayor, CARMEN R. BRITTER
hereby appointed to the office of Senior Tenant Member of the
Housing Commission of the City of Alameda for a term commencing on
uly 1, 1997 and expiring on June 30, 1999 and to serve until her
successor is appointed and is qualified.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council
of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 1st
