APPOINTING DIAN McPHERSON AS A MEMBER OF THE
CITY HISTORICAL ADVISORY BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
pursuant to the provisions of Article X of the Charter of the City
of Alameda, and upon nomination of the Mayor, DIAN McPHERSON is
hereby appointed to the office of member of the Historical Advisory
Board(Building Designer)of the City of Alameda for the term
commencing August 5, 1997 and expiring on June 30, 2001, and to
serve until her successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing z
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council m
of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th "4
day of August , 1997, by the following vote to wit:
