REAPPOINTING FRED W. LEITZ AS A MEMBER
OF THE CITY-GOLF COMMISSION
T RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
pursuant to Sections 2-9.2 of the Alameda Municipal Code, and upon
nomination of the Mayor, FRED W.LEITZ is hereby reappointed to the
office of member of the Golf Commission of the City of Alameda, for
a term commencing October 1, 1997 and expiring on September 30,
2001 and to serve until his successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council
of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 16th
day of September , 1997, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, DeWitt, Kerr, Lucas
and President Appezzato - 5.
NOES: None.
