APPOINTING GARY W. BARD AS A MEMBER OF THE
CITY PLANNING BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
pursuant to the provisions of Article X of the Charter of the City
of Alameda, and upon nomination of the Mayor, GARY W. BARD is
hereby appointed to the office of member of the Planning Board of
the City of Alameda to fill the unexpired term of Stephen P. Fee
commencing October 7, 1997 and expiring on June 30, 2001 and to
serve until his successor is appointed and qualified.
