APPOINTING JULIE E. CALDWELL
AS A MEMBER OF THE CABLE TELEVISION ADVISORY COMMITTEE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
pursuant to Sections 2-13.1 and following of the Alameda Municipal
Code, and upon nomination of the Mayor, JULIE E. CALDWELL is hereby
appointed to the office of Member-At-Large of the Cable Television
Advisory Committee of the City of Alameda, representing the
interest of Business and Finance, commencing March 17, 1998 and
expiring on June 30, 2001 and to serve until her successor is —I

appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council
of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 17th
day of March , 1998, by the following vote to wit:
