REAPPOINTING BARRY E. CHINN AS A MEMBER OF THE
CITY CIVIL SERVICE BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
pursuant to the provisions of Article X of the Charter of the City
of Alameda, and upon nomination of the Mayor, BARRY E. CHINN is
hereby reappointed to the office of member of the Civil Service
Board of the City of Alameda for a term commencing on July 1, 1998
and expiring on June 30, 2002, and to serve until his successor
appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoin
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Counci
of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 2nd
day of June , 1998, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, DeWitt, Kerr, Lucas
and President Appezzato - 5.
