APPROVING FINAL MAP, BOND AND
SUBDIVIDER'S AGREEMENT FOR
TRACT 7035 (SCHULER HOMES)
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article I, Chapter III, Title XI of the Alameda Municipal
Code, Schuler Homes of California, Inc., a California Corporation, owner and subdivider herein, has
prepared and presented to this Council the Final Map of the Subdivision known as Tract 7035; and
WHEREAS, Tract 7035 consists of 75 residential lots and 1 common area; and
WHEREAS, the Final Map for Tract 7035 is based on the Tentative Map for Tract
6969 approved by the City Council on March 17, 1998 by Resolution No. 12976.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
the agreement for construction and completion of the public improvements in said subdivision, and
all its terms and conditions be, and hereby are, approved and that the City Manager and the City
Clerk are authorized and directed to execute and attest to, respectively, said agreement on behalf of
the City of Alameda.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that improvements include: storm drains, sanitary

sewers, pavement, utilities, landscaping and irrigation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bonds in the total sum of $1,574,000
guaranteeing full and faithful performance of the subdividers's said public improvements
construction contract, are hereby approved as sufficient in amount.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on
the 21st day of July , 1998, by the following vote to wit •
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, DeWitt, Lucas and
President Appezzato - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmember Kerr -
ABSTENTIONS: None.
