CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 13040
APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 7291, A ONE-LOT SUBDIVISION
FOR THREE CONDOMINIUM UNITS LOCATED AT
1129-1131 REGENT STREET, ALAMEDA
WHEREAS, Parcel Map 7291 was approved by the City of
Alameda Planning Board on August 24, 1998, Resolution Number 98-
48; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map 7291 was found to be in conformance
with the City's General Plan and California Environmental Quality
Act (CEQA) Guidelines; and

WHEREAS, the Engineering Division has reviewed Parcel
CgMap 7291, and has proposed a number of Conditions of Approval

h—which have been incorporated as Conditions of Approval in

<Planning Board Resolution 98-48; and
WHEREAS, the parcel shall be graded to drain towards
fronting street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Alameda that pursuant to Section 30-78.2 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map 7291, hereto accepted and condition-
ally approved by the Planning Board, are hereby approved and
permission given to the subdivider to record same, based upon the
findings and subject to the conditions set forth in City of
Alameda Planning Board Resolution Number 98-48.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Alameda that a Certified Copy of this Resolution shall be
recorded simultaneously with Parcel Map 7291.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on
the 15th day of September , 1998, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, DeWitt, Kerr, Lucas
and President Appezzato - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
