Resolution 13061CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 13 0 61 AMENDING THE MANAGEMENT AND CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION (MCEA) SALARY RESOLUTION TO INCLUDE AND ESTABLISH SALARIES FOR THOSE CLASSIFICATIONS AS ESTABLISHED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE HOUSING AUTHORI'I'Y OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA FOR THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA MANAGEMENT AND CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES, WHEN SUCH A CLASSIFICATION IS ASSIGNED TO A CITY POSITION WHEREAS, the City of Alameda Human Resources Department administers human resources functions for the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda as well as for all City departments; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to facilitate utilization of classifications and salaries as approved by the Housing Authority Board of Commissioners staff in accordance with, and not to exceed, the number of budget approved positions; and WHEREAS, such a classification established by the Housing Authority Board of Commissioners for the Housing Authority Management and Confidential Employees could thereby be assigned to a City position. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the salary resolution of Management and Confidential Employees Association (MCEA) be amended to establish the salary rates, salary ranges, salary steps and benefits, adjusted and administered in accordance with established provisions, to include those classifications established by the Housing Authority Board of Commissioners for the Alameda Management and Confidential Employees. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 17th day of November , 1998, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, DeWitt, Kerr, Lucas and President Appezzato - 5.
