NG SALARY FOR THE POSITION OF CITY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Alameda has met and discussed the
performance of the appointed position of City Clerk; and
of City Clerk.
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to establish a salary for the appointed position
BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Alameda hereby approves and
adopts the City of Alameda Schedule for the exempt position of City Clerk, effective January 1, 3
1999, as shown in the schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A.
BE 1'1 FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions of this Resolution shall supersede
any other resolution in conflict herewith.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on
the 15th day of December , 1998, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, DeWitt, Johnson, Kerr and
President Appezzato - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None..
