Resolution 13076CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 13 0 7 6 ESTABLISHING SALARY FOR THE POSITION OF CHIEF OF POLICE WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Alameda has met and adjusted the salaries of the Alameda Police Officers Association and the Alameda Police Managers Association; and of Police. WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to establish a salary for the position of Chief BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda hereby approves and the City of Alameda Schedule for the exempt position of Chief of Police, effective July 1, 1998, attached hereto as Exhibit A. BE IF FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions of this Resolution shall supersede any other resolution in conflict herewith. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th day of December , 1998, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, DeWitt, Johnson, Kerr and President Appezzato - 5.
