APPOINTING RICHARD E. TESKE
AS A MEMBER OF THE CABLE TELEVISION ADVISORY COMMITTEE
(BUSINESS AND FINANCE SEAT)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
pursuant to Section 2 -13.1 and following of the Alameda Municipal
Code, and upon nomination of the Mayor, RICHARD E. TESKE is hereby
appointed to the office of Business and Finance member of the Cable
Television Advisory Committee of the City of Alameda to fill the
unexpired term of Julie E. Caldwell commencing July 7, 1999 and
expiring on June 30, 2001 and to serve until his successor
appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on
the 6th day of July , 1999, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, DeWitt, Johnson, Kerr and
Mayor Appezzato - 5.
