APPOINTING BRUCE C. REEVES AS A MEMBER OF THE
CITY RECREATION AND PARK COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
pursuant to Section 2 -7.1 and following of the Alameda Municipal
Code, and upon nomination of the Mayor, BRUCE C. REEVES is hereby
appointed to the office of member of the Recreation and Park
Commission of the City of Alameda to fill the unexpired term of
J.C. Shirriel, for the term commencing April 4, 2000 and expiring
on September 30, 2003, and to serve until his successor is
appointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on
the 4th day of April , 2000, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, DeWitt, Johnson, Kerr and
Mayor Appezzato 5.
