CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION (M.C.E.A.)
SALARY RESOLUTION BY ESTABLISHING THE SALARY
FOR THE POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT TO THE CITY MANAGER,
DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIRECTOR,
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DIRECTOR,
TRAINING /ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER,
REDEVELOPMENT MANAGER AND
COMPUTER SERVICES TECHNICIAN
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that the salary
resolution of Alameda Management and Confidential Employees Association (M.C.E.A.) is
hereby amended by establishing the salary rates, salary ranges, salary steps and benefits for the
positions of Assistant to the City Manager, Development Services Director, Information
Technology Director, Training /Organizational Development Manager, Redevelopment Manager
and Computer Services Technician designating those as applicable to this classification in the
service of the City of Alameda
