APPOINTING ANN L. McCORMICK AS A MEMBER OF THE
PUBLIC UTILITIES BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
pursuant to the provisions of Article X of the Charter of the City
of Alameda, and upon nomination of the Mayor, ANN L. McCORMICK is
hereby appointed to the office of member of the Public Utilities
Board of the City of Alameda to fill the unexpired term of Mark J.
Hanna, for the term commencing October 3, 2000, and expiring on
June 30, 2002, and to serve until her successor is appointed and
qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 3rd day of October , 2000, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, DeWitt, Johnson and Kerr - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Mayor Appezzato - 1.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
