REAPPOINTING JOHN A. PIZIALI AS A MEMBER OF THE
CITY PLANNING BOARD
BE I'1 RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to the provisions of
Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon the nomination of the Mayor, JOHN A.
PTZIALI is hereby reappointed to the office of member of the Planning Board of the City of Alameda,
for the term commencing July 1, 1999, due to a four -year term, rather than a two -year partial term
granted in Resolution No. 12911 on July 15, 1997, and expiring June 30, 2003 and to serve until his
successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in a regular meeting assembled on the
19th day of June, 2001, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, DeWitt, Johnson, Kerr and
Mayor Appezzato - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
