APPOINTING SHIRLEY CLEM AS A MEMBER OF
THE CITY TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to provisions
of Section 2 -8 of the Alameda Municipal Code, and upon nomination of the Mayor, SHIRLEY
CLEM is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Transportation Commission of the City
of Alameda for a term commencing on July 1, 2002 and expiring on June 30, 2006 and to serve until
her successor is appointed and qualified.
