APPOINTING MICHAEL J. KRUEGER AS A MEMBER OF
THE CITY TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to provisions
of Section 2 -8 of the Alameda Municipal Code, and upon nomination of the Mayor, MICHAEL J.
KRUEGER is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Transportation Commission of the
City of Alameda for a teiui commencing on July 1, 2002 and expiring on June 30, 2006 and to serve
until his successor is appointed and qualified.

pted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in a regular meeting assembled on the 2nd
of July, 2002, by the following vote to wit:
