APPOINTING ROBERT B. HESSLER AS A MEMBER OF THE
CITY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
(RETAIL/COMMERICAL SEAT)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to Section
2 -14.2 of the Alameda Municipal Code and Resolution No. 12149, and upon nomination of the
Mayor, ROBERT B. HESSLER is hereby appointed to the office of Retail /Commercial member of
the Economic Development Commission of the City of Alameda to fill the unexpired term of
Charles Ward, commencing July 1, 2002 and expiring on August 31, 2002 and to serve until his
successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in a regular meeting assembled on the 2nd
day of July, 2002, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, DeWitt, Johnson, Kerr and
Mayor Appezzato - 5.
NOES: None.

ABSTENTIONS: None.
