APPOINTING DR. RANDALL S. MILLER AS A MEMBER OF THE
CITY HISTORICAL ADVISORY BOARD

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to the
provisions of Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon nomination of the Mayor,
DR. RANDALL S. MILLER is hereby appointed to the office of Member at Large member o f the
Historical Advisory Board of the City of Alameda to fill the unexpired term of Jerry C. Jacopetti,
for the teuii commencing July 1, 2002, and expiring on June 30, 2005, and to serve until his
successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly

adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in a regular meeting assembled on. the 2 °d
