REAPPOINTING BENJAMIN D. TILOS AS A MEMBER OF THE
CITY HISTORICAL ADVISORY BOARD

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to the
provisions of Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon nomination of the Mayor,
BENJAMIN D. TILOS is hereby reappointed to the office of Contract Seat member of the Historical
Advisory Board of the City of Alameda for the term commencing July 1, 2002, and expiring on June
30, 2006, and to serve until his successor is appointed and qualified.

adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in a regular meeting assembled on the 2 "d
