REAPPOINTING SHERRI STIEG AS A MEMBER OF THE
CITY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
(BANKING/FINANCE SEAT)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to Section
2 -14.2 of the Alameda Municipal Code and Resolution No. 12149, and upon nomination of the
Mayor, SHERRI STI1 -';G is hereby reappointed to the office of Banking/Finance member of the
Economic Development Commission of the City of Alameda commencing September 1, 2002 and
expiring on August 31, 2006 and to serve until her successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in a regular meeting assembled on the 3rd
day of September, 2002, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, DeWitt, Johnson, Kerr, and
Mayor Appezzato - 5.
