APPOINTING BETSY GAMMELL AS A MEMBER
OF THE CITY GOLF COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to Sections 2 -9.2
of the Alameda Municipal Code, and upon nomination of the Mayor, BETSY GAMMELL is
hereby appointed to the office of member of the Golf Commission of the City of Alameda, for a
term commencing October 1, 2002 and expiring on September 30, 2006, and to serve until her
successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in a regular meeting assembled on the 3rd
day of September, 2002, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, DeWitt, Johnson, Kerr, and
Mayor Appezzato - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
