BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to the provisions
of Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon nomination by the Acting Mayor,
TERESA E. THOMAS is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Social Service Human
Relations Board of the City of Ala
eda to fill the unexpired of Floyd A. Hibbits, co

August 15, 2001, and expiring on June 30, 2003, and to serve until her successor is appointed and
qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in the adjourned regular meeting
