APPOINTING ANNE E. COOK AS A MEMBER OF THE
CITY PLANNING BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to the provisions of
Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon nomination of the Mayor, ANNE E.
COOK is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Planning Board of the City of Alameda
to fill the unexpired term of Francis J. Matarrese for the term commencing January 21, 2003 and
expiring on June 30, 2006 and to serve until her successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in a regular meeting assembled on the 21'1
day of January, 2003, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, DeWitt, Kerr, and Matarrese - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Mayor Johnson - 1.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
