THE CITY TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Co
cil of the City of Alameda that p
suant to provisions
of Section 2 -8 of the Alameda Municipal Code, and upon nomination of the Mayor, JEFF KNOTH
is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Transportation Commission of the City of
Alameda for a term commencing on October 5,2004 and expiring on June 30, 2008 and to serve
until his successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in a regular meeting of the City Council
on the 5th day of October, 2004, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, Gilmore, Kerr, Matarrese
and Mayor Johnson — 5.
