APPOINTING JESSICA LINDSEY AS A MEMBER OF THE
CITY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
(RETAIL/COMMERCIAL SEAT)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to Section
2 -14.2 of the Alameda Municipal Code and Resolution No. 12149, and upon nomination of the
Mayor, JESSICA LINDSEY is hereby appointed to the office of Retail/Commercial member of the
Economic Development Commission of the City of Alameda to fill the unexpired term of ROBERT
HESSLER for the term commencing July 1, 2003 and expiring on August 31, 2006, and to serve
until her successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
adopted and passed.by the Council of the City of Alameda in a regular meeting assembled on the l s
day of July, 2003, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, Kerr, Matarrese, and Mayor Johnson - 4.
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmember DeWitt - 1.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
