APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO 7646 AND ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF
PUBLIC UTILTIY EASEMENT
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 7646 was approved by the City Council of
the City of Alameda per Resolution No. 13581 on May 6th, 2003; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map 7646 was found by the Planning Board and City Council
to be exempt from CEQA, Guidelines, Section 15315, minor land divisions; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has reviewed Parcel Map 7646 and
has proposed a number of Conditions which have been incorporated as Conditions in City
Council Resolution No. 13581.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Alameda pursuant to Section 30 -81.8 of the Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel Map
Number 7646, hereto accepted and conditionally approved by the Planning Board and
City Council, is hereby approved and permission given to the subdivider to record same,
based upon the findings and subject to the conditions set forth in City of Alameda
Council Resolution Number 13581.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that the
easement identified on Parcel Map 7646 for public utility use is hereby accepted on
behalf of the City, for use in conformity with the terms as shown on the Parcel Map.

adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in a regular meeting assembled on the 15th
day of July, 2003, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, Matarrese, and Mayor Johnson - 3.
NOES: None.

ABSTENTIONS: None.
