Resolution 13639CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO.13 63 9 APPROVING WAIVER OF PARCEL MAP REQUIREMENTS FOR PARCELS 109 -2 AND 109 -4 (HARBOR BAY PARKWAY/MAITLAND DRIVE) WHEREAS, on August 19, 2003, the City Council of the City of Alameda approved Resolution No 13627, to vacate sections of Maitland Drive (Parcel 109 -2) and sections of Harbor Bay Parkway (Parcel 109 -4) as part of the Maitland Drive Harbor Bay Parkway realignment project; and WHEREAS, waiver of Parcel Map requirements are allowed under the Subdivision Map Act provisions found at California Government Code section 66428(2)(b) and Section 30 -78 -6 of the City of Alameda Municipal Code (Waiver of Parcel Map); and WHEREAS, the proposed division of land complies with the City's Ordinance as to area, improvement and design, drainage, improved public roads, sanitary facilities, water supply, environmental protection and no public improvements will be necessary or desirable as to consequence of the proposed division. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City o Alameda that the City Council approve the waiver of parcel map requirements for Parcels 109 -2 and 109 -4. BE II, FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Alameda that a certified copy of this Resolution shall be recorded simultaneously with the Parcel Map Waiver Certificate of Compliance attached hereto as Attachment A.
