REAPPOINTING JAY L. INGRAM AS A MEMBER OF THE
CITY RECREATION AND PARK COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to Section 2-7.1
of the Alameda Municipal Code, and upon nomination of the Mayor, JAY L. INGRAM is hereby
reappointed to the office of member of the Recreation and Park Commission of the City of
Alameda commencing October 1,2003 and expiring on September 30, 2007, and to serve until his
successor is appointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in a regular meeting assembled on the 21st
day of October, 2003, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, Gilmore, Kerr, Matarrese, and
Mayor Johnson - 5.
NOES: None.
