APPOINTING GINA M. MARIAN' AS A MEMBER OF THE
CITY PLANNING BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Councilofthe City of Alameda that pursuant to the provisions of
Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon nomination of the Mayor, GINA M.
MARIANI is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Planning Board of the City of Alameda
to fill the unexpired term of Marie L. Gilmore, for the term commencing November 4, 2003 and
expiring on June 30, 2007 and to serve until her successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in a regular meeting assembled on the 4th
day of November, 2003, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers`Daysog, Gilmore, Kerr, and Mayor Johnson - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmember Matarrese - 1.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
