APPOINTING PETER T. WOLFE AS A MEMBER OF THE
CITY PUBLIC ART ADVISORY COMMITTEE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to Section
30 -65.7 of the Alameda Municipal Code and Resolution No. 13573, and upon nomination of the
Mayor, PETER T. WOLFE is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Public Art Advisory
Committee of the City of Alameda for the term commencing November 4, 2003 and expiring
pursuant to staggered term requirements of the Alameda Municipal Code and to serve until his
successor is 'appointed and qualified.
