APPOINTING BILL T. SCHMITZ AS A MEMBER
OF THE CITY GOLF COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to Sections 2-9.2 of
the Alameda Municipal Code, and upon nomination of the Mayor, BILL T. SCHMITZ is hereby
appointed to the office of member of the Golf Commission of the City of the City of Alameda, for a
term commencing May 3, 2005 and expiring on September 30, 2009 and to serve until his successor
is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in the regular meeting of the City
Council on the 3rd day of May, 2005, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, deHaan, Gilmore, Matarrese
and Mayor Johnson -- 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
