REAPPOINTING ERIC SCHATMEIER AS A MEMBER OF
THE CITY TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of City of Alameda that pursuant to provisions
of Section 2 -8 of the Alameda Municipal Code, and upon nomination of the Mayor, ERIC
SCHATMEIER is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Transportation Commission of
the City of Alameda for a tern commencing on July 1, 2005 and expiring on June 30, 2009 and to
serve until his successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in the regular meeting of the City
Council on the 19th day of July, 2005, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, deHaan, Gilmore, Matarrese
and Mayor Johnson — 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
