APPOINTING JANET W. IVERSON AS A MEMBER OF THE
CITY HISTORICAL ADVISORY BOARD
(LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT, ARCHITECT, BUILDING DESIGN SEAT)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to
the provisions of Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon
nomination of the Mayor, JANET W. IVERSON is hereby appointed to the office of
member of the Historical Advisory Board (Landscape Architect, Architect, Building
Design seat) of the City of Alameda for the term commencing October 18, 2005
and expiring on June 30, 2009, and to serve until her successor is appointed and
qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in the regular meeting of the City
Council on the 18th day of October, 2005, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, deHaan, Gilmore, Matarrese and Mayor
Johnson —5.
NOES: None.
